My name is Tracy and I live in Kent with my Kangals, Anatolian Shepherds, Malaklis or any other LGDs which may be living with me at the time

I am the Founder & owner of KARAS Rescue - Kangal & Anatolian Rescue & Support and I work full time as a Dog Trainer & Behaviour Consultant.

I specialise in helping Livestock Guardian Breeds to adjust to & cope with living in modern, household environments in busy cities or just in regular homes and I provide owners with a detailed Behaviour Modification Plan to help their individual dog.


I do not provide training around Livestock

I am an Accredited Behaviour Consultant with the IMDTB  and I hold over 50 Dog Training & Behaviour Certificates including:

  • Separation Anxiety

  • Aggression

  • Reactivity

  • Puppy Training

  • Noise sensitivities

  • Stranger suspicion 

  • Walking nicely on the lead

  • Resource Guarding

  • Coming back when called

  • Abnormal, repetitive behaviours

I have rescued, rehabilitated, trained & loved Kangals & Anatolians for over 15 years including those brought over from Turkey / Romania / Bosnia / Greece as well as those born & bred in the UK
